Block of 6 lovely Art Classes
All Monday mornings
Join this lovely supportive, Art Class running over 2 hours from 10AM-12PM at Topcliffe and Asenby Village Hall. This spacious venue allows you to feel comfortable and spread your art materials out on a table. A lovely warm space over winter to enjoy creating together as part of a warm community.
If you can’t make it- you even receive a link to the demo video! Meaning you won’t miss out. Or you can join the live art class on zoom on a Monday night 6.30-8.30PM 2026
All 6 classes lasting 2 hours , including refreshments and inspiration. You can work in the materials demonstrated each week or choose your own. Different engaging topics each week.

I really love these classes. Becky engenders a really supportive and happy environment and it is a real pleasure to attend and create something different every week. We use different mediums and Becky provides lots of inspiration and hints and tips. The class members are a lovely group too and it’s great seeing everyone’s style develop under Becky’s caring tutoring.

I started Becky’s art classes when I had not done any art since school! It’s such a lovely atmosphere where everyone is friendly , relaxed and it’s a joy to attend! Becky is always inspiring , kind and very helpful and the topics are interesting with a range of different media if you like to try different things. I look forward to every class and if you can’t get there every week there is an option for Zoom and always the back up YouTube video for every week.

I can’t think of a more relaxing way to spend a Monday morning.
I started Becky’s art lessons several months ago with no experience ( even at school) and have enjoyed learning how to use Acrylics, Pastels and Water colours. Becky is a fabulous teacher and the group is so kind and encouraging. I recommend the class to anybody wanting to try a new hobby or to those who already have the talent and want to improve.

It’s only within a year that I took the plunge and joined a class with no experience of painting/drawing/sketching.
I’ve learned so much on Monday mornings from Becky and others in a very friendly class. I’m still a novice! But for me the opportunity to focus on creating with others for 2hrs a week has been just what I need to start each week doing something just for me that completely obscures all the stuff that occupies my mind the rest of the week!

Becky is such a positive and supportive person and this is what make her classes so enjoyable. She encourages everyone to be their best artist self. We tackle different media and sometimes daunting subjects (water and glass eek!) but she breaks down the process for us in an understandable way. I’ll always be an amateur but have come away from classes feeling very proud of what I’ve achieved. A lovely two hours of me-time.
