Friday Night Paint and Relax!

Make a new, positive habit by joining my Friday night Paint and relax Experiences.
Want something different to do on a Friday night that is going to make you feel good? Want to start a lovely new habit? Once a month, starting in October, spend your Friday night being guided into painting one of the Joyful Topics! A helpful body and mind experience as you will use different parts of your brain being fully mindful over the evening, leading to fully relax in a positive, supportive environment! Experience the great feeling of going into a full flow experience and letting go of tension in the body and mind!
Non alcoholic drinks will be served, weather that be tea or coffee with milk, oat or soy milk, fruit teas plus cake and or fruit. (Except Christmas Event where mulled wine will be available)
Beginners onwards very welcome! I will help you with demonstration and time for 1-1 support and questions.
