Come and join this lovely Painting in oils experience. Spend a wonderful day 10-4PM relaxing, whilst learning how to paint a beautiful landscape and the flora and fauna of the inspiring Himalayan Gardens in oils! We will be based in the spacious learning space indoors in the morning where Rebecca Jayne Artist and Qualified Teacher will share many tips and techniques, with demonstrations and then you will be painting ‘en plein air’ outside in the gardens in the afternoon (weather permitting) where you can explore and paint a landscape of your choice! The sounds of birds, running water are a delight and the colours are beautiful at this time of year!
All materials are provided so you can just book and enjoy!
A wonderful experience with lots of support and encouragement as well as knowledge to help you understand and enjoy the creative process in creating your very own oil painting/s on canvas whilst immersed in nature!
Refreshments are provided throughout the day!
You can bring your own lunch or purchase your own lunch on the day from the lovely café which serves a good range of freshly made food.
The gardens have steps or can be accessed by a tarmac road on foot to get down from the learning room and back up again. Some Help can also be given with accessing the gardens, please enquire about this before booking.

This a wonderful day with lovely supportive teaching by Becky. Becky takes you through all you need to know to paint en plein air in oils and with lots of individual hints and tips. The garden is beautiful with many gorgeous views to choose from and the food is also delicious. All in all this was a great way to start my oil painting journey – thank you Becky!
